Collection:

Due to loss of cellular viability, draw specimen so it will arrive in the laboratory Monday through Thursday and within 48 hours of collection. Specimens cannot be held over the weekend. State date and time of collection on the request form. To avoid delays in turnaround time when requesting multiple tests on frozen samples, please submit separate frozen specimens for each test requested.
